Endless Grass

I see an endless field of grass. I can go in any direction, but wherever I go I see a repetition of the same pattern. Overhead, the endless sky and the hot sun. When I get tired, I fall under the grass, there is a shadow. I wake up in the same place and walk again. Sometimes I get bored with walking and then I just stand. Sometimes I stand for so long that I forget that I could walk. I forget that being a man himself becomes grass. Sometimes I do not want to look at the sun, and remain lying in the shade. Sometimes for so long that I forget about the existence of the sun. Something inside me makes me go, look for the forgotten sun, find the forgotten walk. Now I go again, and again I see the sun. Will I remember something more important?
